| Carle Hospice Memorial Fund Frequently, families of
hospice patients ask that memorials be made to Carle Hospice as a special remembrance of
their loved one. Memorial gifts enhance future hospice care including specialized
equipment, comfort items, support for our bereavement program and greatly improve our
ability to care for those nearing the end of life’s journey. Memorial fund dollars
enable Carle Hospice to provide skilled compassionate care, comfort and dignity to
patients and families who have a limited ability to pay for hospice services.
Gifts to the Carle Hospice Memorial Fund are acknowledged and the family receives a
list of contributor names. Contributions may be sent directly to the Carle Hospice office.
Carle Hospice is a non-profit organization and contributions are tax-deductible. In
planning funeral arrangements, memorial events and obituaries, you can request that
information about the Carle Hospice Memorial Fund be included by indicating "Memorial
